You’re an escort, how did you find your way here, and what has that been like for you?

    My name is Natasha Banks. Born in Syria, I immigrated to the United States with my family in 2010. At fourteen years old, I was suddenly navigating a new culture during an incredibly turbulent time for my family. We faced severe financial hardships, and the weight of that struggle contributed to the untimely passing of my father.

   In the wake of his loss, I found myself in a position where I had to find a way to survive. What began as a necessary response to a desperate situation to a loophole out of hardship, initially felt like a choice made without an alternative. However, through that journey, my perspective has evolved. What was once a means of survival has become a space where i feel empowered, capable, and at peace with the life i live now.

  When i started, it was so hard and i had to stay away from my relatives, changed my number, blocked other ways of communicating with them and in just five days, i made more money than i did in my city job working 6 weeks. I was in disbelief and probably dealing with imposter syndrome for the first couple years of being an escort. 

   I would say being an escort has changed my life for the better, and I don't just mean for the financial benefit. When I moved out west i was fresh out of a break up, a break up with my high school lover so safe to say i was sexually inexperienced at 22 years old. It was so profound to have clear headed, sober sex with my first client. I was exhilarated that I could state my boundaries, collect my rate and take the lead and do it with no shame whatsoever.

 I d say its been really good and i enjoy it when my clients are calm , makes me build enough trust with them.

What’s an aspect of being a sex worker that you really love?

     

     I take pleasure in spending time with my clients. I want everyone to feel special and lusted after. Everyone and everybody deserves intimacy and pleasure. 

I like being able to fulfill the need of my clients. There is no ambiguity because we agreed to a time, duration, and location, because of course you completed my booking form and sent your screening method without any fuss.

Parting ways is clear and boundaries are crucial for me being the best. (Natasha)

You offer your services to couples - what does a couple need to know before they approach a sex worker? Any etiquette tips?

   It's important for the couple to be clear as to what they are seeking from the experience, on both an individual level and as a couple.

     Please be open with a prospective provider about the fact that this is your first time seeking an arrangement. I know i would be honored to explore this with a couple. I would encourage them to do a vibe check with me. get a drink, and make sure all parties feel comfortable. Communication will be absolutely vital to a successful encounter. 

        You must feel safe and confident enough to speak up if something doesn't feel right. And also to speak up when something really lights you up.

What has sex work taught you about yourself?

      Sex work has taught me boundaries and patience. I have to practice boundaries and screen accordingly, for my safety. I need to know what I am comfortable with, what I am not comfortable with, and be able to communicate that to my dates. I may be okay with an aspect of sex work today but the next day I can get the ick.

What kind of clients seek you out? What do you find they are looking for?

Clients that seek me out want someone who is sweet, soft, sensual, and enthusiastic. Surprisingly I get a lot of newbies and first timers, folks who grew up catholic, and late bloomers (I didn't have my first kiss until I was 19).

I try to be genuine and really convey the message of "what you see is what you get." I am who my civvie self is in session. I am really bad at faking it and if i am having a bad time you will know.

What kinds of clients approach you for sessions, and what are they seeking?

     The universe has sent me clients of all shapes, sizes, creeds, kinks, and fetishes. Some come to me for disciplinary accountability, servitude, chastity, findom, and goddess worship. My clientele are very well-rounded in variety, which I appreciate because each encounter provides growth for not just me, but my submissives as well. Above all, I can attest that all of my clients come looking for a safe, consensual space to practice their kinky fantasies without fear of a non-consensual

What's a fetish you love to explore with clients? Do you have any fetishes yourself?

I've noticed that i attract a type of man who is dominant in his everyday life, never been particularly interested in kink. but feels there is something about me and how I write, how I speak, my vibe--that makes him curious about what it would feel like to submit.

I also love working with those more experienced in kink go deeper into their fantasies, expanding their repertoire, and discovering something new.

Is there something you wish the outside the community knew about sex work and sex workers?

   I think one of the biggest misconceptions i encounter when interacting with civilians is that they assume the work we do is really easy.

   I think we make it look so effortless and fun-and sometimes, it is fun but it's also a lot of hard work. Not necessarily in the same way as other jobs, but it requires a tremendous amount of emotional labor.

When you're working independently, you're doing so much. You're a business owner. Like i said, we make it look effortless, but unless you've walked a mile in my heels, you wouldn't know.

Is there a game, book, blog, tv show, or movie that has had a major impact on your life?

    Prior I would say Dexter or the Supranos series, but due to the actions of their creators, not so much anymore. I love One Piece and am still fervently waiting for a client who is as obsessed with One Piece as me. 

   One Piece is like amalgamation of multiple genres and is about being a good friend and standing up for what you believe in. I have the same birthday as Zoro. So if you are thinking of booking me and you are a One Piece fan, please do not hesitate. I would love to yap with you.

What's the proudest moment of your career?

   Quite recently I was tributed by a silent sender that l'd never even met before.
